🔹️ *PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENT IN A CASE OF ARMS ACT*

🔹️ *PARTIAL STOLEN AMOUNTING CASH RS.24,000/- RECOVERED AND SEIZED*

🚨 *POLICE STATION: NIHAL VIHAR* 🚨

▶️ *BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:*

On 05.07.25, a complaint was received at PS Nihal Vihar, wherein the complainant alleged that someone had stolen cash amounting to ₹41,000 from his delivery van parked outside his house.

Based on this, e-FIR No. 80063251 under Section 303(2) BNS was registered at PS Nihal Vihar.

⏩️ *TEAM CONSTITUTION*

A dedicated team, comprising HC Parmil and Ct. Sandeep led by Inspr. Shispal, SHO/Nihal Vihar under the close supervision of Sh. Patil Swagat Rajkumar, ACP/Paschim Vihar was constituted.

⏭️ *OPERATION AND INTERROGATION:*

During the course of the investigation, the team analyzed multiple CCTV footages from the vicinity of the incident. Simultaneously, a network of secret informers was activated to gather actionable intelligence.

Subsequently, the team received information regarding the presence of the accused in DDA Park, Nihal Vihar. Acting on this input, a raid was conducted at the specified location, where a person matching the given description was spotted and apprehended. He was identified as Sahil Khan.

During interrogation, the accused confessed to his involvement in the crime. At his instance, partial amount of the stolen cash amounting to Rs. 24,000/- was recovered. He further revealed that the remaining amount had been spent on drugs and on personal use. On further enquiry, he was found previously involved in a case of arms act.

Accordingly, he was arrested in connection with the case and the recovered cash was duly seized.
