✳️ *ONE DESPERATE SNATCHER/ROBBER/THIEF ARRESTED BY THE STAFF OF PS KISHAGARH/SWD*

✳️ *SIX STOLEN/SNATCHED/ROBBED MOBILE PHONES & ONE SCOOTY USED IN OFFENCE RECOVERED*

✳️ *ONE CASE OF SNATCHING, ONE CASE OF ROBBERY & TWO CASES OF MOBILE THEFTS HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT*

     The staff of PS Kishangarh, South West District has arrested one desperate snatcher/robber namely *Vinay Reddy @ Ajay R/o Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, Delhi, Age 26 years.* With his arrest, six stolen/snatched/robbed mobile phones and one scooty used in offence were recovered.

*INCIDENT, TEAM & OPERATION:*
    On 29.05.2025, ane-FIR No. 80052094/25, u/s 304(2) BNS was registered at PS Kishangarh, wherein the complainant reported that several articles i.e. two mobile phones Oppo & Vivo, cash ₹6000/-, House Key, Credit Card (Central Bank) & Black Colour Bag were snatched from her in front of K.V.S, Munirka, Near JNU, Delhi on 29.05.2025. Therefore, the investigation was carried out accordingly.

         Keeping in view of gravity of the case, a dedicated team under the leadership of Insp. Rajiv Kumar comprising SI Vinod Kumar, SI Dharmendra, HC Yogesh Sharma, HC Shyam Sunder, HC Mayur Pal, HC Rishi Raj, Ct. Mohan & Ct. Vikash was constituted under the supervision of Sh. Ranbir Singh, ACP/S.J. Enclave to crack the case. During the course of investigation, the search of the accused was made in all possible manners and the stolen mobile was also kept on surveillance. Further, on 03.07.2025, on the basis of technical surveillance a person namely Islam was apprehended and interrogated in the case who upon interrogation stated that he had bought this mobile phone from a boy named Vinay for ₹4,000. After that, accused Vinay Reddy @ Ajay was apprehended on the instance of Islam.

        During interrogation, accused Vinay Reddy @ Ajay accepted his offence. Further, one mobile i.e. Vivo (case property) was also recovered from his possession. Upon thorough interrogation, he further admitted that he had stolen several mobiles in the past as well, therefore upon his instance, three other mobiles were also recovered from his scooty. The same were checked on ZIPNET which were found robbed/stolen in different cases. The accused person Vinay Reddy @ Ajay was taken on PC remand. During PC remand, upon his instance, one more snatched Oppo mobile phone was recovered. All recovered mobile phones and scooty used in offence were seized as case property.

*PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:*
    Accused Vinay Reddy @ Ajay R/o Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, Delhi, Age 26 years is a desperate robber/snatcher/thief and habitual drinker. He is previously involved in 09 cases of theft, snatching, robbery and Arms Act registered at various police stations in Delhi.

*RECOVERY:*
1. Six stolen/snatched/robbed mobile phones.
2. One scooty used in offence.

4. E-FIR No. 80052094/25 u/s 304(2)/317(2) BNS, PS Kishangarh, Delhi.
