✳️ *ONE STOLEN MOTORCYCLE RECOVERED FROM THEIR POSSESSION*

    The staff of PS Vasant Vihar, South West District had apprehended one auto lifter namely *Manoj* R/o Jhuggi Mahipalpur, Delhi and one CCL namely “J”, R/o Vasant Vihar, Delhi. With their apprehension, one stolen motorcycle was recovered from their possession.

*INCIDENT, TEAM AND ARREST:*
    On 13.07.2025, a case vide E-FIR No. 019292/25 u/s 305(B) BNS was at registered at PS Vasant Vihar regarding the theft of a motorcycle. The investigation was entrusted to HC Sandeep who along with Ct. Prakash initiated an extensive review of CCTV footage from the surrounding area.

        Through meticulous surveillance and analysis, it was revealed that a juvenile offender had stolen the motorcycle using a master key. The juvenile was identified namely “J” R/o Vasant Gaon, Vasant Vihar, Delhi. Accordingly, CCL “J” was apprehended in the case. During interrogation, CCL “J” disclosed that his associate namely Manoj R/o Mahipalpur, Delhi, kept a watch during the theft and subsequently fled with the stolen motorcycle. Acting swiftly on this input, the team under the supervision of SHO/Vasant Vihar proceeded to Vasant Kunj where accused Manoj was successfully apprehended along with the stolen motorcycle. The juvenile was apprehended as per the procedures laid down in the Juvenile Justice Act. Further investigation is underway to identify any additional associates or links to other incidents.
