     CASE OF ROBBERY OF PS SHALIMAR BAGH ARRESTED BY WR-II, CRIME BRANCH.
    THE ACCUSED KULDEEP HAD BEEN DECLARED A PROCLAIMED OFFENDER IN ROBBERY CASE.
    ACCUSED EVADING ARREST FOR LAST FIVE YEARS.
INTRODUCTION

A team of WR-II, Crime Branch, has arrested one desperate criminal namely Kuldeep s/o Nathu Ram r/o village Nawabganj Nagariya, Distt Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh age-27 years, who was found to be declared as absconder in Case FIR No. 269/2018 dated 17.05.18 u/s 392/394/34 IPC PS Shalimar Bagh, Delhi by the Hon'ble Court LD. JMFC-7(N-W) Rohini court, New Delhi, vide order dated 24/02/25. He had been arrested by the Local Police but he evaded court proceedings for last five years and absconded during trial and subsequently declared Proclaimed Person by the Hon’ble court.
INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION
Dedicated teams were deployed to collect intelligence about wanted criminals involved in the incidents of robbery, extortion and murders. 
During such efforts, the team of WR-II identified a desperate criminal namely Kuldeep s/o Nathu Ram. On 18.06.2025, a secret information was received to SI Ravinder and Ct Manoj that a fugitive criminal Kuldeep would come to Swaroop Nagar area to meet his accomplice. 
A team of Insp Gautam Malik, led by SI Ravinder comprising of HC Ravinder Singh and Ct Manoj, under the close supervision of Sh. Rajpal Dabas ACP/WR-II was constituted by Sh. Harsh Indora (IPS), DCP/Crime-Ill to nab the criminal. Accordingly, a trap was laid and the accused was apprehended from Swaroop Nagar area. 
PROFILE AND CRIMINAL HISTORY OF ACCUSED:- 
Accused Kuldeep s/o Nathu Ram was born in 1998 at his native village at Kasganj, UP. He studied up to 5th class from a Government school at his village. After some time, his family members moved to Delhi and started residing in Shalimar Bagh. Later, he fell into bad company and started consuming alcohol and ganja. On 17.05.2018, the accused Kuldeep, along with his associate namely Chhutku, hit a person on the head with an iron rod and robbed his mobile phone fled from the spot. He was arrested in case FIR No. 269/18 u/s 392/394/34 IPC at PS Shalimar Bagh.
