The Yogi government has stopped the extension of service of IAS officer Arunesh Singh, who had got extension of service seven times. Due to this, he has now retired. In his place, Rakesh Kumar Singh has been made the Managing Director of Yamuna Expressway Authority. Be it PCS or IAS, a list of new officers is being prepared who will be given posting this month. Four IAS and 11 PCS officers of UP retired on Monday. The IAS officers who are retiring include Additional Chief Secretary (General Administration) Jitendra Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, Brijraj Singh Yadav and Surendra Prasad Singh.
