The Ministry of General Administration Department of Madhya Pradesh Government has issued the transfer list of Indian Administrative Service officers and order of change in their charge and in the capital Bhopal.

Shri K.C. Gupta (1992): Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor, Raj Bhavan, Bhopal to Additional Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Cottage and Village Industries Department.

Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari (2001): Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Environment Department and Environment Commissioner and Director General, EPCO (Additional Charge) to Principal Secretary to the Governor, Raj Bhavan, Bhopal.

2/ As per instructions, Shri Ashok Barnwal, IAS (1991), Additional Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Forest Department and Agriculture Production Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh (Additional Charge) is temporarily assigned additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Environment Department and Environment Commissioner and Director General, EPCO along with his current duties till further orders.

3/ Shri Chandramouli Shukla, IAS (2011), Managing Director, M.P. Industrial Development Corporation Limited and Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Bhopal and Commissioner, Aviation (Additional Charge), is temporarily assigned the additional charge of Additional Secretary, Chief Minister along with his present duties, till further orders.

4/ As per instructions, Shri Deepak Arya, IAS (2012), Chief Executive Officer, Madhya Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority, Bhopal is temporarily assigned the additional charge of Executive Director, Environment Planning and Coordination Organization (APCO), Bhopal along with his present duties, till further orders.

5/ Shri K.C. On Gupta assuming charge as Additional Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Cottage and Village Industries Department, Shri Amit Rathore, IAS (1996), Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Commercial Tax Department and Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Cottage and Village Industries Department (Additional Charge) will be relieved from the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government, Cottage and Village Industries Department only.
