Major administrative reshuffle in Chhattisgarh, 9 IPS officers transferred; IAS list also being prepared

The Chhattisgarh government has issued transfer orders of officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS) cadre. 9 IPS officers have been transferred. In the transfer list, the SP of Narayanpur has been changed. At the same time, the ASP has been given the responsibility of Superintendent of Police. According to the order issued under the signature of Under Secretary DS Dhruv, an AIG level officer has been made SP in the Intelligence branch. According to this, the transfer list contains the names of SP, ASP, DSP level officers.

Let us tell you that in the transfer list, officers posted in Naxal areas have been given new responsibilities in the plains and officers of the plains have been given new responsibilities in Naxal-affected areas. The appointment of DGP in Chhattisgarh is going to be done this month. At present, IPS Arun Dev Gautam is holding the post of Director General of Police in charge. A full-time DGP will be appointed in the state this month. This reshuffle has been done to bring administrative tightness in the Home Department before the posting of the new DGP.
