✳️ *ONE ACCUSED PERSON WANTED IN TWO CASES OF PS PALAM i.e. ONE CASE OF NDPS & ANOTHER OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER, ARRESTED BY THE STAFF OF PS PALAM VILLAGE/SWD*

✳️ *RELENTLESS ON- GROUND EFFORTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE LEAD TO APPREHENSION OF FUGITIVE AFTER A LONG CHASE.*

✳️ *TOTAL 71 GRAMS OF PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCE i.e. SMACK & ONE HARRIER SUV CAR RECOVERED.*

       The staff of PS Palam Village, South West district had arrested one drug peddler namely *Vipin R/o Palam Village, Delhi, Age 31 years.* With his arrest, total 71 grams psychotropic substance Smack & one Harrier car were recovered from his possession.

*INCIDENT:*
       On 15.03.2025, during patrolling duty, a boy namely Arun was arrested by PS Palam Village and an illegal firearm and contraband material i.e. Smack was found from his possession. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 177/2025, u/s 21 NDPS Act and 25 Arms Act was registered at PS Palam Village. On sustained interrogation, the arrested person Arun disclosed that he took that contraband material i.e. Smack from Vipin. Efforts were made to trace Vipin who was evading his arrest since the registration of the case. After some days, the same absconding accused Vipin was found involved in another attempt to murder case of PS Palam Village in which he procured the illegal firearm to the main accused persons of the case.

*TEAM, INFORMATION AND OPERATION:*
     Sensing the gravity of offences committed by the absconding person Vipin, a team comprising SI Manish Yadav, SI Rajesh Chauhan, ASI Sanjeev Kumar, HC Harender, HC Manohar, HC Sandeep and HC Santosh was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Sudhir Kumar Gulia, SHO/Palam Village and under guidance of Sh. Anil Sharma, ACP/Sub-division, Delhi Cantt.
to bust the insidious accused Vipin. Enquiry was conducted from the family members of the accused Vipin, but they did not disclose any detail about him. Local sources were deployed and human intelligence was also collected to obtain any detail about Vipin. From secret informer, it revealed that Vipin used to come in Delhi twice a month only to supply the contraband material i.e. smack in Palam area. The efforts of the team bore fruit when a secret informer provided a number which Vipin used. After working diligently on technical surveillance, it revealed that Vipin used to reside somewhere in Aligarh, UP. After collecting information about the visits of Vipin in Delhi, a route map was prepared from Delhi to Aligarh, UP. The team got information that Vipin is coming to Delhi along with contraband material to supply in Palam area and the team acted swiftly and at last after a long chase, succeeded in apprehending him along with contraband material i.e. 71 grams smack from his possession. The accused Vipin was arrested accordingly.

*INTERROGATION:*
       During the course of interrogation, the accused Vipin confessed his role in attempt to murder case of PS Palam and other NDPS case of PS Palam Village. He further disclosed that he gave the illegal firearm to Ravi Sahu, who fired upon a lady namely S sister of his rival Aman @ Razzi. Further, he disclosed that he wanted to become the lone supplier of Smack in Palam area by diminishing all his rivals. Hence, he arranged a pistol and gave to Ravi Sahu to kill all his rivals.

*PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:*
     Accused Vipin R/o Palam Village, Delhi, Age 31 years is previously involved in six cases of robbery, NDPS Act, attempt to murder, arms act and snatching.

*RECOVERY:*
1. Total 71 grams of psychotropic substance i.e. Smack.
2. One weighing machine used to measure drugs.
3. One Harrier SUV car.

*CASES WORKED OUT:*
1. FIR No. 340/2025, u/s 109(1)/3(5) BNS, PS Palam Village, Delhi.
2. FIR No. 177/2025, u/s 21 NDPS Act, PS Palam Village, Delhi.

       Further investigation is under progress.
