⭕ *A GANG OF 03 PICK POCKETERS & FRAUDSTER ARRESTED, BY THE TEAM OF PS NAJAFGARH, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 03 DESPERATE CRIMINALS ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF PS NAJAFGARH AFTER A LONG RUN.

🔰 ACCUSED PERSONS STOLE THE MOBILE OF THE COMPLAINANT IN BUS, UNLOCKED IT & CREATED A FORGED UPI ID FROM THE AADHAR CARD PHOTO AVAILABLE IN THE STOLEN MOBILE.

🔰 ACCUSED LINKED THE UPI ID TO 03 BANK ACCOUNTS & WITHDREW AROUND RS. 7,20,000/- FROM THE ACCOUNTS OF THE COMPLAINANT.

🔰 ACCUSED ENJOYED & MADE TRIPS TO DEHRADUN, HARIDWAR & KEDARNATH FROM THE MONEY WITHDRAWN/EMBEZZLED THROUGH FRAUD.

🔰 ACCUSED WERE ARRESTED AFTER MANY RAIDS CONDUCTED IN DELHI, UP & UTTRAKHAND TO ASCERTAIN THEIR WHEREABOUTS.

🟡 *BRIEF DETAILS OF THE INCIDENT: -*

On 29.05.2025, a case vide *e-FIR No. 80052056/25, U/s 303(2) BNS was registered at PS Najafgarh* by the complainant *Sh. Sukhbir Singh Kharab.* He stated in his statement that on 24.05.25, while he was going to his house, someone cut his pocket on the bus route number 835 and stole his mobile.

After that on 28.05.25, when he checked his bank accounts, an amount of about Rs. 7,20,000/- was withdrawn from his three different bank accounts, fraudulently. The investigation of the case was taken up.

🟡 *TEAM AND OPERATION: -*

A dedicated team of police officials of *PS Najafgarh, Dwarka District,* comprising SI Amit Bhardwaj, ASI Sanjay, ASI Subhash Singh, HC Ajeet and HC Hawa Singh under close supervision of Insp. Subhash Chand SHO/NJF and overall supervision of Sh. Mahesh Narayan, ACP/Najafgarh, was constituted to arrest the criminals and solve the case at the earliest.

In pursuance of the task, the team was briefed and motivated to curb crime and nab the accused persons at the earliest. The team analysed the bank account details of the complainant and it was revealed that most of the monetary transactions were carried out in Uttrakhand and a mobile number 931848XXXX was used during UPI transactions, which was in the name of Shyam Kumar.

He was contacted on the phone who said that he had done this transaction at the behest of Shashank who is somewhere in Uttrakhand. He provided the mobile number of Shashank as 844779XXXX. The mobile was tracked and *Shashank S/o Shammi Aanand,* R/o Sikka Kimaya Green, IT Park, Dehradun, Uttrakhand, aged 26 years was apprehended from Dehradun.

During sustained interrogation, he disclosed that he did this transaction at the behest of his friend *Janu @ Jatins,* later on *Janu S/o Brij Mohan,* R/o Inder Puri, Budh Nagar, JJ Colony, Nariana, Delhi, too was detained & interrogated, he told that he did this transaction on the behest of his friend Ritesh.

*Ritesh Kumar s/o Bhagat Singh,* R/o JJ Colony, Inderpuri, Delhi was detained and interrogated, he said that he did this transaction on the behest of his friend Karthikay. *Karthikay S/o Yogesh Kumar,* R/o Rama Park, Mohan Garden, Delhi, was apprehended and interrogated. He disclosed that his friend Aman who had gone outside Uttarakhand needed money, and he did the transaction for him.

On the instance of accused Kartik, accused *Aman S/o Pankaj Chaudhary,* R/o Rama Park, Mohan Garden, Delhi, aged 25 years and *Prince Yadav S/o Rajendar Yadav,* R/o Nihal Vihar, Nangloi, Delhi, aged 20 years was also arrested.

The team of *PS Najafgarh* got success in solving the pick pocketeers and frauds. Further three accused namely Danny, Ritik, Sumit are yet to be arrested and investigation is going on.

🟡 *INTERROGATION: -*

During the course of interrogation, the accused *Aman and Prince* disclosed that on 24.05.25, they along with their friends Danny, Ritik, Sumit, pick pocketed a mobile phone in the bus plying on route number 835 at around Delhi Gate. The above stolen mobile phone was unlocked and a copy of Aadhaar card of complainant which was inside the mobile phone was used to make a forged UPI id of the complainant and they linked the fake UPI ID to the complainant three bank account.

On 25.05.25, four persons namely Aman, Ritik, Sumit, Prince went out from Delhi and stayed in Dehradun, Haridwar and Kedarnath. On 01.06.25 they came back to Delhi.
