✳️ * BY THE STAFF OF PS KISHANGARH/SWD.*

✳️ *ALLEGED CAR USED IN THE OFFENCE RECOVERED.*

✳️ *BASED ON TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE, RAIDS WERE CONDUCTED AT SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN DELHI, LEADING TO THEIR ARREST.*

      The staff of PS Kishangarh, South West District, has arrested five kidnappers/extortionists namely *(1) Parvesh* R/o Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, age 25 years, *(2) Aryaman Chaudhary* R/o R.K. Puram, New Delhi, age 22 years, *(3) Ritik Gauhar* R/o S.J. Enclave, New Delhi, age 23 years, *(4) Dev Anand Yadav* R/o R.K. Puram, New Delhi, age 23 years, and *(5) Sharman Rai* R/o BK Dutt Colony, New Delhi, age 22 years. With their arrest, one alleged Grand Vitara car was recovered from their instance/possession.

*INCIDENT, TEAM, ARREST:*
    On 16.06.2025, a complaint was received at PS Kishangarh by the complainant Mr. Joshua Hmar R/o Munirka, New Delhi, age 30 years, wherein he alleged that on the intervening night of 15/16.06.2025 at about 1:20 AM to 01:40 AM, he was abducted from near Shivam Medicos, Fakkar Wala Park, Munirka, New Delhi, by 4 persons, and an attempt was to extort money from him by alleged persons impersonating as officials of the Delhi Police. The complainant managed to escape anyhow and reported the incident. During enquiry, the facts were verified and after conducting preliminary enquiry, a case vide FIR No. 158/2025, dated 24.06.2025, u/s 140(3)/308(3)/204/351(2)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS Kishangarh, New Delhi and further investigation was taken up accordingly.  

    Keeping in view of gravity of the crime, a dedicated team led by Insp. Rajiv Kumar comprising SI Vinod Kumar, SI Dharmendra, HC Yogesh Sharma, HC Shyam Sunder, Ct. Mohan and Ct Vikash was constituted under close monitoring of Sh. Ranveer Singh, ACP/Safdarjung Enclave to nab the accused persons involved in the case. The team worked tirelessly after the incident was reported and carried out a non-stop operation with the help of technical surveillance.    The CCTV footage installed in the nearby area of the incident were analyzed and one suspected/alleged car could be seen in one of the footages but the number plate of the car was not visible properly. Therefore, the route taken by the car was analyzed, and multiple CCTV footages were reviewed in an effort to trace out the accused and alleged car. After reviewing many CCTV footages, the alleged car Grand Vitara, which was involved in the alleged abduction, was identified. All picket staffs were informed about the suspect and they were directed to keep strict vigilance. Further, local beat staff and secret informers were deployed in the area after giving necessary instruction accordingly.

    During course of investigation, the ownership details of above-mentioned alleged vehicle was obtained from the concerned authority and the same was found registered in the name of Parvesh R/o Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, age 25 years. Therefore, he was apprehended in the case after thorough interrogation in the case. During interrogation, he accepted his involvement in the offence and disclosed that he along with 4 other persons (his friends) had committed the above-mentioned crime. He informed that he was driving the car at the time of alleged incident and his friends abducted the victim and tried to extort the money. Upon his instance, remaining co-accused persons namely (i) Aryaman Chaudhary R/o R.K. Puram, New Delhi, age 22 years, (ii) Ritik Gauhar R/o S.J. Enclave, New Delhi, age 23 years, (iii) Dev Anand Yadav R/o R.K. Puram, New Delhi, age 23 years, and (iv) Sharman Rai R/o BK Dutt Colony, New Delhi, age 22 years, were traced and apprehended in the case.  Alleged car was also recovered and seized in the case.

*PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS:*  
1. Accused Parvesh R/o Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, age 25 years is a property dealer and permanent resident of Village Bilpur, PS Chandwaji, Distt. Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is Graduate and is un-married. 
2. Accused Aryaman Chaudhary R/o R.K. Puram, New Delhi, age 22 years is a student and permanent resident of Village Jawalaji, Distt. Kangda, Himachal Pradesh. He is Graduate and is un-married. 
3. Accused Ritik Gauhar R/o S.J. Enclave, New Delhi, age 23 years works as a freelancer and permanent resident of Village Bhatta, Distt. Jhanshi, U.P.  He is Graduate and is un-married. 
4. Accused Dev Anand Yadav R/o R.K. Puram, New Delhi, age 23 years is a driver and permanent resident of Village Chanoli, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan. He is Graduate and is un-married. 
5. Accused Sharman Rai R/o BK Dutt Colony, New Delhi, age 22 years is a student and permanent resident of Village Village Bhoran Chanalti, Distt. Kangda, Himachal Pradesh.  He is Graduate and is un-married.

*RECOVERY:* 
1. One alleged Grand Vitara car.
