⭕ *01 DESPERATE THIEF ARRESTED, WITH RECOVERY OF 01 KNIFE, 03 STOLEN TWO-WHEELERS & 01 STOLEN MOBILE, BY THE TEAM OF PS UTTAM NAGAR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 ACCUSED AMIR WAS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 06 CRIMINAL CASES.

🟡 *BRIEF DETAILS :-*

In the intervening night of 22 & 23.06.25, based on a tip-off, beat staff of PS Uttam Nagar namely HC Jagbir Singh No.1221/DW, HC Naveen No. 990/DW, HC Muni Raj No. 550/DW & Ct. Ramesh Chand No. 2288/DW was constituted in a raiding team and a raid was organised at DDA Park, 100 Foota road , Uttam Nagar, Delhi.

At about 10:40 pm, one person coming from Kali Basti towards Uttam Nagar side on a scooty was seen. On getting suspicious about presence of police, he tried to turn back and run lest to be overpowered by the vigilant police team after a short chase.

During enquiry, his name was found as *Amir @ Monty s/o Munna Khan,* aged 30 years.

On formal search, one Knife and stolen Mobile phone - Oppo Golden colour, have been recovered from his possession. Scooty No. DL-9S-BS-XXXX was also found stolen from area of PS Bindapur.

Accordingly, a case vide *FIR No. 277/25, Dt. 23.06.2025, u/s 25 Arms Act, PS Uttam Nagar, Dwarka, ND* was registered against him and accused *Amir @ Monty* was arrested.

During further course of investigation, 02 stolen motor cycles bearing registration No. DL-9S-BS-XXXX and DL-4S-CV-XXXX were also recovered on his instance.

2. One Stolen Mobile Phone Oppo Golden colour - e-FIR No. 80053625/2025, Dt. 03.06.2025, u/s 303(2) BNS, PS Uttam Nagar.

3. One Scooty No. DL-9S-BS-XXXX - e-FIR No. 13322/25, Dt. 14.05.2025, u/s 305(B) BNS, PS Bindapur.

4. One Motor Cycle No. DL-4S-CV-XXXX - e-FIR No. 29038/24, Dt. 22.09.2024, u/s 305(B) BNS, PS Bindapur.

5. One Motor Cycle No. DL-9S-BS-XXXX - e FIR No.12881/25, Dt. 09.05.2025, u/s 305(B) BNS, PS Janakpuri.
