The staff of PS Shaheen Bagh of Southeast Distt has arrested a thief Fardeen Khan. With his arrest, 11 stolen mobile phones and a laptop have been recovered from his possession.

INCIDENT, TEAM & OPERATION:-
    On 30.06.25, a complaint was lodged at PS Shaheen Bagh bearing e-FIR No. 80061654/25 regarding theft of one mobile phone and a laptop from Kaneez PG, Shaheen Bagh. 
Sensing the gravity of offence, a dedicated team comprising Insp. Sonu Ram/ATO Shaheen Bagh, HC Rahul, ⁠HC Ganesh, ⁠Ct. Kuldeep, ⁠Ct Prabhat and ⁠Ct Virender Bhaskar led by Insp. Dinesh Moral SHO/ Shaheen Bagh was constituted to nab the culprit. The team analyzed the CCTV footages of the cameras installed in the vicinity. With the help of technical surveillance and CCTV footages, the team managed to establish the identity of the accused. Ultimately, the persistent efforts of the team bore fruitful results and the accused was arrested from thokar No. 09, Shaheen Bagh. He was identified as Fardeen Khan s/o Wazir Khan R/o Shaheen Bagh, Delhi age 20 yrs. With his arrest, one mobile phone and laptop stolen in the abovementioned e-FIR were recovered from his possession. Further, on his instance 10 other stolen mobile phones were recovered from his possession.     Further investigation of the case is under progress.

INTERROGATION:-
On sustained interrogation, accused Fardeen Khan disclosed that he was working as a delivery boy in Zomato. As his income was not sufficient to meet his requirements, he thought stealing electronic gadgets to earn quick money.

1. Accused Fardeen Khan s/o Wazir Khan R/o Shaheen Bagh, Delhi age 20 yrs has studied up to 7th class. He was working as a delivery boy in Zomato. He is previously involved in 01 case of theft.
