In a dynamic step towards building a safer and more empowered future for our youth, Delhi Police, Outer District, under the visionary women and youth empowerment program “SHASHAKTI”, organized a one day self-defence workshop at Arya Samaj Mandir, Multan Nagar under the jurisdiction of PS Paschim Vihar East.

The event, spearheaded by the Community Policing Cell, Outer District, witnessed enthusiastic participation from young boys and girls of the area. The workshop focused on equipping them with essential self-defence techniques, fostering not just physical preparedness but also inner confidence, awareness, and mental resilience.

Trained professionals conducted practical sessions simulating real life scenarios, providing hands-on experience in managing and responding to potential threats. The initiative also included informative and interactive sessions on personal safety, legal rights and confidence building strategies.
