The Death Toll rises to 12, after massive Reactor Blast , situation worsened when the 3-story building collapsed after the Explosion  at Sigachi Pharma Industries in Pashamylaram , outskirts of Hyderabad , in Sangareddy district. Around 65 workers were present at the factory, state Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha  confirmed on Monday.

Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha visited the incident site and visits the injured people in the hospita. Minister of Labour, Employment and Factories G Vivekananda also meet the injured people.
