“ RECOVER HYUNDAI CRETA, MARUTI WAGON R & ECCO FROM INTER-STATE THEFT SYNDICATE!”

INCIDENT:-
A dedicated team comprising of ASI Rajiv Kumar, HC Sudhir, HC Rohit, HC Mohit, HC Kuldeep, Ct Ajay, Ct Shubam, Ct Clever led by SI Vikrant Choudhary I/C AATS/SHD and under the close supervision of Sh. Gurudev Singh, ACP/Operations/Shahdara was constituted and the task was assigned to the team to track and nab the auto lifter active in the area of Shahdara District. The team was deployed in civil clothes in the areas to collect the local intelligence. Secret intelligence was also developed. On 11.06.2025, secret information was received that one person actively involved in four wheeler theft in the area, he is supposed to come in a Stolen Hyundai Creta Car White Color and will go to Ghaziabad side via Choudhary Charan Singh Marg Vivek Vihar Delhi if raid conducted, he will be nabbed. Acting swiftly on the receipt of this secret information, the team led a trap at Choudhary Charan Singh Marg near Vivek Vihar and one person namely Guljar Khan R/o Shiv Nagar, Sultanpur, Distt- Uddham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand Age 30 Years has been apprehended and one Hyundai Creta Car White Color No DL8CAN9873 was recovered from the possession of accused person. On verification of the above said Hyundai Creta Car White Color was found stolen in Case E-FIR No 037222/24 dated 02/12/2024 u/s 305(b) BNS, PS Maurya Enclave, North West District, Delhi.
INVESTIGATION:-
During course of investigation, accused Guljar Khan mentioned above has been arrested vide DD No. 151A, dated 11/05/2025, U/s 35.1(e)/106 BNSS, PS Vivek Vihar, District Shahdara and the recovered Hyundai Creta Car White Color DL8CAN9873 has been taken into police possession through seizure memo. 
During course of investigation accused Guljar Khan disclosed that he received the stolen four wheelers from Faizan who is resident of Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh and dismantling these stolen four wheelers in his workshop situated at Village MilakNokhrid, PS Swar, Distt- Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. He further disclosed regarding theft/recovery of stolen maruti ECCO Car in case in Case E-FIR No 016008/25 u/s 305(b) BNS, PS Farsh Bazar, Shahdara, Delhi. Accused Guljar Khan produced before the Hon’ble Court and arrest the accused Guljar Khan in case e-FIR No 016008/25 PS Farsh Bazar after taking the permission of the Hon’ble court and 04 days police remand was obtained of accused Guljar Khan in the above mentioned case to arrest the co-accused person and recovery of case property Maruti ECCO Car. 
On 13.06.2025 during course of investigation raids were conducted on the instance of accused Guljar Khan mentioned above and One One Maruti Wagon R Car Gray Color No DL2CAY5508 was recovered from the Godown of accused Guljar Khan situated at Village MilakNokhrid, PS Swar, Distt- Rampur, Uttar Pradesh and the recovered Maruti Wagon R Car was found stolen in Case E-FIR No 015939/25 dated 09/06/2025 u/s 305(b) BNS PS Jamia Nagar, South East Delhi. 
During course of further investigation on 15.06.2025 on the instance of accused Guljar Khan on Maruti ECCO Car Gray Color No DL8CAX4928 was recovered from Koyal Enclave, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh which is found stolen in case e-FIR No 016008/25 dated 09.06.2025 u/s 305(b) BNS, PS Farsh Bazar, Shahdara, Delhi.

3. Case e-FIR No 016008/25 dated 09/06/2025 u/s 305(b) BNS, PS Farsh Bazar, Shahdara, Delhi.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED:-
    On sustain interrogation, accused Guljar Khan mentioned above disclosed that he is resident of Shiv Nagar, Sultanpur Patti, Uddham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. He is working a Spare Parts shop at Village MilakNokhrid, PS Swar, Distt- Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. He is doing the business of sale purchase of stolen vehicle and there spare parts. He want to earn easy money to full fill his basic needs. After dismantling the stolen vehicles he sell the spare parts of these stolen vehicles in Barrely, Uttar Pradesh. 
    Further efforts are being made for more recovery.
