In accordance with the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Outer District, all police personnel have been thoroughly briefed and sensitized to remain vigilant within their respective areas, particularly concerning street crime and organized crime. Emphasis has been placed on proactive policing measures to ensure the maintenance of law and order, as well as to uphold the safety and security of citizens across the Outer District's jurisdiction.
*🚨 SPECIAL STAFF OF OUTER DISTRICT AND POLICE STATION: RAJ PARK🚨*
*▶️ OPERATION:-I*
In the intervening night of 16th-17th July 2025, a team comprising SI Ravinder, HC Jagmohan, HC Sunil Shokeen and HC Manjeet Beniwal from Special Staff was on routine crime prevention and detection patrol in the area of Mangol Puri received a tip-off regarding illegal gambling in front of a house in DDA Market, Mangol Puri. Acting on this reliable intelligence, the team alongwith local police staff namely HC Yogender and HC Sushil Sharma conducted a raid at the specified location and observed a group of people engaged in illegal gambling. Upon noticing the presence of police personnel, the suspects attempted to flee from the spot. However, due to the swift and coordinated response of the staff, four suspects were successfully apprehended before they could escape.
During the operation, thousands of cash kept at the stake of gambling along with other gambling related materials were recovered from the scene. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 416/2025 under section 12 of The Delhi Public Gambling Act was registered at Police Station Raj Park.
All accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.
*🚨 POLICE STATION: RAJ PARK🚨*
*▶️ OPERATION:-II*
On 16th June 2025, during area beat patrolling, Head Constable Sushil Sharma and Head Constable Yodender of PS Raj Park observed two suspicious individuals playing illegal gambling in Valmiki Park, S-Block, Mangolpuri. On seeing the police staff, the suspects tried to flee from the scene. However, the swiftly and coordinated response of the patrolling staff, two suspects were successfully apprehended on the spot.
During the operation, thousands of cash kept at the stake of gambling along with other gambling related materials were recovered from the scene. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 417/2025 under section 12 of The Delhi Public Gambling Act was registered at Police Station Raj Park.
Both the accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.
*🚨 POLICE STATION: SULTANPURI🚨*
*▶️ OPERATION:-III*
On 16th June 2025, during a routine night patrol in Sultanpuri area, Head Constable Amandeep and Constable Nittu of PS Sultanpuri observed a group of individual playing illegal gambling in Mahila Park, near Jalebi Chowk. Upon noticing the presence of police personnel, the suspects attempted to flee from the spot. However, due to the swift and coordinated response of the patrolling team, two individuals were successfully apprehended before they could escape.
Thousands of cash kept at the stake of gambling, along with gambling-related materials were recovered from the scene.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 503/2025 under sections 12/9/55 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act has been registered at Police Station Sultanpuri.
All the accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.
*🚨 POLICE STATION: PASCHIM VIHAR WEST 🚨*
*▶️ OPERATION:-IV*
On 16th July 2025, during a routine crime prevention and detection patrol in the area of Ambika Vihar, Head Constable Neeraj Kumar and Head Constable Rajesh of PS Paschim Vihar West received incredible intelligence regarding illegal gambling at Chameli Park, Ambika Vihar. Acting on this intelligence, the staff conducted raid at the park. Upon noticing the presence of police personnel, the suspects attempted to flee from the scene. However, due to the swift and coordinated response of the patrolling team, two individuals were successfully apprehended on the spot before they could escape.
Thousands of cash kept at the stake of gambling, along with gambling-related materials were recovered from the scene.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 287/2025 under sections 12/9/55 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act has been registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar West.
Both the accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.
