⭕ *02 BANGLADESHI ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS  DEPORTED BACK BY THE TEAM OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 BOTH BANGLADESHI ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS WERE LIVING ILLEGALLY IN THE AREA OF DWARKA DISTRICT.

🟡 *INTRODUCTION:-*

In pursuance of the direction of *DCP, Dwarka District,* a special drive to identify and take strict action against illegal Bangladeshi immigrants residing in area & afar is being carried out regularly.

Accordingly, the Crack team of *PS Bindapur* has traced illegally staying 02 Bangladeshi migrants. They were deported as per procedure.  

🟡 *BRIEFING OF THE STAFF:-*

To address rising concerns over the unauthorised stay of migrants including Bangladeshi nationals in the capital, Dwarka District has intensified efforts to identify, detain and repatriate individuals residing without valid Indian documents.

Accordingly, the staff initiated sincere efforts by sensitizing local informers and collecting human intelligence. The staff also worked on identification of the routes used by the illegal migrants to come to India.  

🟡 *TEAM, ENQUIRY & APPREHENSION:-*

In pursuance of the task given by *DCP Dwarka District,* a special team led by Insp. Darshan Lal, SHO/Bindapur comprising HC Neeraj No. 1950/DW, HC Sajjan No. 1429/DW, Ct. Rajesh Dagar No. 1387/DW, Ct. Ashish No. 1729/DW under the supervision of ACP/Dabri Sh. Rajkumar was constituted in order to develop important clues about the illegally staying Bangladeshi Nationals.                                                                                                                                                                                    
Accordingly, the staff deployed a range of strategies to trace and investigate illegal migrants. The team activated informants, local residents and other sources to gather information on suspected illegal migrants.

The team conducted random verification drives in certain areas like slums, labour camps, and unauthorized colonies where illegal migrants are likely to be present. These drives involve checking the documents of people, especially in high-density areas where migrant labourers live.

The efforts of the team bore fruits when on 10.07.2025, a specific input regarding roaming of illegal migrants in the area of Dwarka District was received. Immediately, the information was further developed and local inquiry of the area was conducted.

A raid was conducted and 02 illegal immigrants of Bangladesh were apprehended. Later on, they were identified as:-

(1) *Shahadatt s/o Abdul Khalik,* R/o village Morrelganj Distt., Khulna, Bangladesh.

(2) *Mohammad Anwar s/o Mohammed Badol,* R/o village (union) Savar, tehsil Hemayatpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

During interrogation, they disclosed that they had illegally migrated from Bangladesh.

Therefore, all the illegal immigrants were produced at office of FRRO, R.K. Puram, Delhi and after completion of necessary documentation they were detained at Centre at Vijay Vihar, Rohini, Delhi.
