*AUTOLIFTERS, PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN MORE THAN 10 CASES, ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF WEST DISTRICT*

*PS Khyala*
On June 16, 2025, a complainant stated that his motorcycle had been stolen from his house. Accordingly, a case was registered, and investigation was taken up. A team led by SI Naresh, IC PP Raghubir Nagar, consisting of HC Monu, HC Shamsher, and HC Surender, was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Vinod Kumar and the overall guidance of ACP Tilak Nagar to apprehend the culprit. During the course of investigation, the team checked several CCTV footage and identified the accused as Arbaz @ Munna, s/o Nizam, r/o Raghubir Nagar, Delhi. Raids were conducted several times at the house of the accused, Arbaz @ Munna, but found absconding. On June 17, 2025, at about 10:30 AM, when the team reached near Andh Vidyalaya, Raghubir Nagar, they apprehended the accused on the instance of a secret informer, who was coming on a motorcycle from Nala Road, Paschim Vihar, and going towards Ghode Wala Mandir. After seeing the patrolling staff, the accused tried to escape by taking a U-turn. The staff chased him, nabbed him, and recovered the said motorcycle from his possession, which was found to be stolen from the area of Khyala. The accused, namely Arbaz @ Munna, was arrested, and in his disclosure, he disclosed his involvement in the theft of two other motorcycles. Later, both motorcycles were also recovered at his instance and were found stolen from PS Rajouri Garden and PS Sultanpuri, Delhi, respectively.

*PS Hari Nagar*
The complainant alleged that his Honda Shine motorcycle had been stolen in the morning from outside his residence near Ramgharia Gurudwara, Hari Nagar, Delhi. Accordingly, a case was registered, and investigation was taken up. A team led by SI Vikrant Singh, I/C PP Hari Nagar, comprising HC Anand, HC Sombir, Ct. Manish, and Ct. Manish, was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Ashu Girotra, SHO/PS Hari Nagar, and the overall supervision of Ms. Niraj Tokas, ACP/Rajouri Garden, to work on the MVT case. During the investigation, the team collected CCTV footage from cameras installed near the spot and further developed information. Acting on secret information, on the intervening night of June 17-18, 2025, the above staff laid a trap near Gulab House, where they noticed a motorcycle rider in suspicious condition and apprehended him with the motorcycle. On checking, the details of the motorcycle revealed it was stolen from the area of PS Hari Nagar, New Delhi. The accused was identified as Bharat @ Sekhar, s/o Nand Ram, r/o Raghubir Nagar, Delhi, aged 32 years. The accused has been arrested under the appropriate section of law. During the investigation, two more stolen scooties, which were found stolen from PS Tilak Nagar and another from PS Bindapur, were also recovered at the instance of the accused person.

1. Arbaz @ Munna S/o Nizam R/o Raghubir Nagar, Delhi  Age – 20 years. He has previously been involved in one criminal case. 
2. Bharat @ Sekhar S/o Nand Ram R/o Raghubir Nagar Delhi. He has previously been involved in 10 criminal cases.
