🔰 15 POs TRACED — MAJOR SUCCESS IN THE DRIVE AGAINST PROCLAIMED offenders (POs).

🔰 TECH-ENABLED POLICING — EFFECTIVE USE OF e-PRISON, ICJS & POMS PORTALS.

🔰 STRONG FIELD ACTION — GROUND-LEVEL INTELLIGENCE & OPERATIONS RESULTED IN MULTIPLE ARRESTS.

🟡 *DETAILS OF THE OPERATION:-*

In a significant breakthrough, the PO/Jail Bail Cell of Dwarka District Police has successfully traced *15 Proclaimed Offenders* (POs) in a span of around 02 weeks. This achievement reflects the persistent efforts of the team, combining advanced technology with traditional policing techniques.

🟡 *TEAM:-*

This successful crackdown was carried out by Anti PO/Jail Bail Cell led by Insp. Manish, comprising:
ASI Hans Raj, HC Kulwant, HC Pradeep, HC Mahesh Dagar, HC Mahesh Kumar, Ct. Rohit, Ct. Ankur, Ct. Jaideep, W/Ct. Surender &. W/Ct. Poonam.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar, ACP/Ops. and the invaluable and strategic guidance of DCP Dwarka District.

🟡 *BREAKDOWN OF POs TRACED-*

🔰 *09 Proclaimed* *Offenders* were found running in Judicial Custody (JC) for other cases. Their status was confirmed through government e-portals:

- *e-Prison*

- *ICJS (Inter-Operable Criminal Justice System)*

- *POMS (Proclaimed Offender Management System)*

🔰 *06 Proclaimed Offenders* were physically tracked and arrested through sustained field operations, technical surveillance, and intelligence inputs.

🟡 *ROLE OF GOVERNMENT PORTALS:-*

💻 The operation highlighted the critical role of e-Prison, ICJS, and POMS, which:

- Enabled swift verification of absconders lodged in judicial custody.

- Saved valuable time and resources on ground verification.

- Enhanced coordination across police stations, jails, and judiciary.

- Promoted data-driven, efficient policing in line with the Digital India initiative.

2. Rahul @ Monu  S/O Mam Chand R/O Sultanpuri, Delhi, aged 34 Years,
3. Satbir @ Satte S/O Devi Singh R/O Vill- Khera, Najafgarh, Delhi aged 33 Years.
4. Giriwar Chauhan @ kalu S/O Sh. Krishan Singh Chauhan R/O Vikas Nagar, Bahadurgarh (HR), aged 39 Years.
5.     Dhirender @ Binni@ Abhishek S/o Satbir R/o VPO Bapoli Distt. Panipat, HR, aged 22 years. 
6. Raajan @ Bhola S/o Kanhaiya R/o Vishnu Garden, Khayala, Delhi & C Nangli Vihar, Baprola, Delhi, aged 23 Years.
7. Inder S/o Rajesh R/o Raghubir Nagar, Delhi, aged 23 Years. 
8. Shankar S/o Dharampal R/o Vikash Nagar, Delhi, aged 24 Years. 
9. Naveen @ Rahul S/o Rama R/o Raghubir Nagar, Delhi, aged 26 years. 
10. Vinod Kumar S/o Babulal R/o Vishwas Park Uttam Nagar.
11. Nagma W/o Rahul Pandey R/o Near Bindapur PS Bindapur, aged 24 Years.
12. Sagir @ Sakir S/o Jakir Hussain R/o Ranaji Enclave Najafgarh, aged 24 Years.
13. Balkishan Kishan @ Kake S/o Ashok Kumar R/o Gandhi Chowk, Mohan Garden, Delhi, aged 25 years.
