⭕ *02 ACTIVE CRIMINALS - NOTORIOUS BCs - ASSOCIATES, INVOLVED IN SERIES OF SNATCHINGS & THEFTS, BROUGHT TO BOOKS BY THE CRACK TEAM OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 01 COUNTRY MADE PISTOL, 01 LIVE CARTRIDGE, 01 STOLEN TWO-WHEELER & 01 SNATCHED MOBILE, RECOVERED.

🔰 MD. JAFAR @ SAHIL @ SONU IS A *LISTED BAD CHARACTER* (BC) OF PS DABRI, FOUND *INVOLVED IN MORE THAN 18 SNATCHINGS AND THEFT CASES* .

🔰 THIER MODUS OPERANDI INCLUDED STEALING HIGH-END SPORTS BIKES & USING THEM FOR QUICK ESCAPE AFTER COMMITTING SNATCHING OFFENCES.

🔰 FURTHERING THE MISSION - *'NO GUNS NO GANGS'*,  VALIANT COPS AGAIN STRIKE HARD.

Pinning down such criminals, averting untoward incidents, allowing no illegal guns - with this mandate, *Sh. Ankit Singh, IPS - DCP Dwarka District* had flagged off the Operation - *“No Guns, No Gangs”.* We are realising the aim with utmost dedication.

On 30.06.25, 02 active criminals - Notorious BCs and associates involved in series of snatching and thefts namely:-

1. *Md. Jafar @ Sahil @ Sonu s/o Md. Firoj,* R/o Gali No. 9 Rajapuri, Dabri, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, aged 23 years.

2. *Kishor s/o Ramdas,* R/o Gali No. 86, Mahavir Enclave, Dabri, Delhi, aged 19 years.

were arrested with 01 country made pistol, 01 live cartridge, 01 stolen two wheeler vehicle and 01 snatched mobile in case e-FIR No. 414/25, u/s 25 Arms Act, PS Bindapur by crack team of PS Bindapur.

The main accused is a listed Bad Character (BC) of PS Dabri, found involved in more than 18 snatchings and thefts. His modus operandi included stealing high-end sports bikes and using them for quick escape after committing snatching offenses, mainly targeting mobile phones and gold chains. The second accused, is a resident of PS Dabri area.

🟡 *INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION :-*

The team of *PS Bindapur* is being motivated and sensitized to keep a vigil on the active criminals roaming in the area with the intent to commit crime.

A dedicated team of police officials of PS Bindapur, comprising SI Kunal, HC Neeraj No. 1950/DW, HC Sajjan No. 1429/DW, HC Kuldeep, Ct. Rajesh Dagar No. 1387/Dw, Ct. Ashish No. 1729/DW, Ct. Sandeep No. 1852/DW under the supervision of Insp. Bijender - Insp. investigation/Bindapur and overall supervision of Ms. Usha Kumari Joshi, ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals.

Secret informers were also deployed in the area to gather intelligence and information.

On 29.06.2025 (Night), during area patrolling, police staff saw a sports bike coming at high speed and the staff stopped it by placing their bike in its front, at dust land, Matiala. When out of suspicion, police personnel asked for the documents of the bike, no documents were produced on the spot.

On checking, the bike was found stolen from PS Kirti Nagar in case *e-FIR No. 16933/25.* On cursory search, 01 country made pistol & 01 live cartridge were recovered from accused.  
   

🟡 *ACCUSED ARRESTED:-*

1. *Md. Jafar @ Sahil @ Sonu s/o Md. Firoj,* R/o Gali No. 09, Rajapuri, Dabri, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, aged 23 years.

2. *Kishor s/o Ramdas,* R/o Gali No. 86, Mahavir Enclave, Dabri, Delhi, aged 19 years.

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

On sustained interrogation, the accused *Md. Jafar @ Sahil @ Sonu s/o Md. Firoj.* He further stated that he is not engaged in any employment. He was released from jail approximately one and a half months ago.

After his release, he started committing criminal activities along with an associate Kishor. He disclosed that he along with his friend Kishor snatched a lady's purse containing a mobile phone & Rs. 2000/- cash from Shanti Garden, Sahyog Vihar, Bindapur.

Kishore was also arrested along with the raiding party in the morning from DDA road near Peerbaba, Bindapur. Snatched mobile phone was recovered from his possession.    

🟡 *RECOVERY:-*

* 01 country made pistol alongwith one live cartridge.
* 01 stolen bike, reportedly stolen from PS Kirti Nagar area about 10 Days ago. 
- 01 snatched mobile.

🟡 *CASES WORKED OUT:-*

1. Case FIR No. 414/25, u/s 25 Arms Act, PS Bindapur.
2. Case FIR No. 408/25, u/s 304(2)/317(2)/3(5) BNS, (mobile phone recover)
3. Case FIR No. 16933/25, u/s 305(b) BNS, PS Kirti Nagar (Bike recover)
4. Case FIR No. 404/25, PS Bindapur.
5. Case FIR No. 385/25, u/s 304(2) BNS, PS Bindapur.

The arrests and recoveries are a major step in curbing street crimes in the area.

Further investigation is in progress.
