⭕  *01 ACTIVE CRIMINAL/ILLEGAL DRUGS SUPPLIER ARRESTED, WITH RECOVERY OF TABLETS OF BUPRENORPHINE & SUBLINGUAL VERNOR N & INJECTIONS OF PHENIRAMINE MALEATE & IP AVIL, BY THE STAFF OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🟡 *INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -*

The team of *PS Bindapur* keeps a vigil on active criminals roaming in the area with the intent to commit crime.

The team comprising HC Jai Bhagwan 1900/DW & HC Mahesh 752/DW  under the supervision of Insp. Bijender, Insp. Investigation/Bindapur and overall supervision of Ms. Usha Kumari Joshi - ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals in the area.

Secret informers were also deployed in the area to get intelligence and information regarding such active criminals in the area.

On 28.06.2025, an information was received by HC Jai Bhagwan No. 1900/DW regarding sale of *Buprenorphine tablets* by a person who will come around 06 PM at Park near Sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi. After receiving information, HC Jai Bhagwan 1900/DW alongwith HC Mahesh 752/DW reached at the park near Sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi where suspect *Manoj @ Cobra s/o Ram Phulare,* aged 24 years was found & checked, during checking, tablets of Buprenorphine and Sublingual VERNOR N (total 09 tablets) & total 08 Injection of Pheniramine Maleate Injection IP Avil 10 ml each were found from possession of the above said person.

Accordingly, a case vide *FIR No. 412/25, U/s 8C/22 NDPS Act, was registered at PS Bindapur, Delhi.*

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

On interrogation, he disclosed his name and address as *Manoj @ Cobra s/o Ram Phulare, aged 24 years.* He also disclosed that he had sold the substance as per the instructions of one *Rajkumar s/o Om Parkash,* R/o sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi who is also wanted in case *FIR No. 570/24, u/s 326/3(5) BNS, PS Bindapur, Delhi.*

🟡 *PROFILE OF ACCUSED :-*

- *Manoj @ Cobra s/o Ram Phulare,* R/o Sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi, aged 24 years.

- He doesn't do any work. He further disclosed that he is a drug addict and sells banned medicines to fulfill his intoxication.

🟡 *RECOVERY:-*

* TOTAL-09 TABLETS OF BUPRENORPHINE & SUBLINGUAL VERNOR N 
   TOTAL- 8 INJECTION OF PHENIRAMINE MALEATE INJECTION IP AVIL 10 ML EACH.

Further investigation is in progress.
