⭕ *01 , WITH RECOVERY OF 04 STOLEN MOBILES, BY THE TEAM OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 ACCUSED WAS *PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 09 CASES* OF THEFT & ALSO A *BC OF PS BINDAPUR* , DWARKA DISTRICT.

🔰 04 CASES OF MOBILES THEFT WORKED OUT.

🟡 *INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -*

The team of *PS Bindapur* is being motivated and sensitized to keep a vigil on the active criminals roaming in the area with the intent to commit crime.

A dedicated team of police officials of PS Bindapur, comprising HC Neeraj No. 1950/DW, HC Sanwarmal, Ct. Rajesh Dagar No. 1387/DW, Ct. Ashish No. 1729/DW under the supervision of Insp. Darshan Lal -  SHO/Bindapur and overall supervision of Ms. Usha Kumari Joshi - ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals.

Secret informers were also deployed in the area to gather intelligence and information.

On 19.06.2025, an e-FIR was regiatered vide No. 80058282/25, U/S 305/317(2) BNS at PS Bindapur. The team was formed which went to the spot and checked *around 150-200 CCTV cameras*.

On 27.06.2025 during area patrolling, secret information was received by the team that 01 criminal who is in possession of stolen Mobile would come near Dust Land, Sec 3, Dwarka, Delhi to sell stolen mobile phones.

Accordingly, the team reached at the spot and a trap was laid near Dust land, Sec 3, Dwarka. At about 10:45 AM, one person was seen coming on from the side of Phase 1, JJ Colony, Sec 3 Dwarka towards Dustland, Sec 3 Dwarka & was apprehended after a short chase.

On searching, 03 mobiles were recovered from his possession. 
   

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

On interrogation, he disclosed his name as *Ali Hussain @ Lala S/o Noor Mohd. Ali,* aged 24 years.

He disclosed that around 9-10 days ago he had also stolen a mobile phone from Vishwas Park area. He had kept the phone at his home. The phone was recovered from his house on his instance.

🟡 *PROFILE OF ACCUSED :-*

- *Ali Hussain @ Lala S/o Noor Mohd. Ali,* R/o Bhagvati Vihar, Bindapur, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, aged 24 years.

He doesn't do any work. He further disclosed that he steals to satisfy his drug addiction. He is a habitual criminal. He was previously involved in more than 09 cases of theft.

*He is also a BC of PS Bindapur.*

2. e-FIR No. 80033151/25, PS Bindapur ( phone recover).
3. e-FIR No. 80014426/25 PS Bindapur( phone recover).
4. e-FIR No. 80111655/24, PS Bindapur ( Phone recover).

Further investigation is in progress.
