01 ACTIVE CRIMINAL ARRESTED, WITH RECOVERY OF 03 STOLEN MOBILES, BY THE STAFF OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.

•    03 STOLEN MOBILES WERE RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION. 
•    ACCUSED WAS ARRESTED WHILE HE WAS COMING TO SELL THE STOLEN MOBILES.

    INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -

The team of PS Bindapur is being motivated and sensitized to keep a vigil on the active criminals who are roaming in the area to commit crime.

A dedicated team of police officials of PS Bindapur, comprising HC Neeraj 1950/DW, HC Manraj, Ct. Rajesh Dagar 1387/DW, Ct. Ashish1729/DW under the supervision of Insp. Darshan Lal, SHO/Bindapur and overall supervision of Ms. Usha Kumari Joshi - ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals in the area.

Secret informers were also deployed in the area to gather intelligence and information regarding such active criminals in the area.

On 17.06.2025, during area patrolling secret information was received by the team that one criminal who is in possession of stolen mobiles would come near Dust Land, Sec 3 Dwarka, Delhi to sell stolen mobiles.

Accordingly, the team reached the spot and a trap was laid near Dust land, Sec 3, Dwarka, Delhi by the team. At about 10:35 PM, one person was seen coming from the side of Phase 1, JJ Colony towards Dustland, Sec 3, Dwarka. On this, he was apprehended after a short chase by the team.
   
    INTERROGATION:-

On interrogation, he disclosed his name and address as Naveen Sharma S/o Pitamber, aged 27 years.

During frisking, 03 stolen mobiles which were stolen in e-FIRs of PS Bindapur & Janakpuri were recovered from his possession.

    PROFILE OF ACCUSED:-

Naveen Sharma S/o Pitamber, R/o Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, aged 27 years.

He doesn't do any work. He further disclosed that he steals to satisfy his drug addiction.

    RECOVERY:-

03 Stolen Mobiles.

1.    e-FIR No. 80032516/25, u/s 303/317(2) BNS, PS Bindapur (Mobile recovered).
2.    e-FIR No. 80021038/25, u/s 303/317(2) BNS, PS Bindapur (Mobile recovered).
3.    e-FIR No. 80004570/25, u/s 303/317(2) BNS, PS Janakpuri (Mobile recovered).

Further investigation is in progress.
