⭕ *ACTIVE CRIMINAL ARRESTED, WITH RECOVERY OF 01 STOLEN TWO WHEELER VEHICLE & 02 STOLEN MOBILES, BY THE STAFF OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 01 STOLEN M/CYCLE & 02 STOLEN PHONES RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION.

🟡 *INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -*

The team of *PS Bindapur* is being motivated and sensitized to keep a watch on the active criminals roaming in the area to commit crime. A dedicated team of police officials of *PS Bindapur,* comprising HC Neeraj 1950/DW, HC Mahesh 752/DW, CT Rajesh Dagar 1387/Dw , CT Ashish 1729/DW under the supervision of Insp. Darshan Lal, SHO/Bindapur and overall supervision of Ms. Usha Kumari Joshi, ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals.

Secret informers were also deployed to gather intelligence.

On 10.05.2025, during area patrolling duty, police staff saw a man coming on bike from PH-1, Sec 3 Dwarka towards dust land. Police staff stopped the bike on suspicion and asked for the documents, no documents were produced on the spot. Checking the bike on Zipnet, it was found stolen from PS Bindapur in case e-FIR No. 5442/25.

On interrogation, he disclosed his name and address as *Aftab @ Vishal S/o Salim,* Age 23 years.

During frisking, 02 stolen mobile phones which were stolen in e-FIRs of PS Bindapur were recovered from his possession.

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

On sustained interrogation, the accused *Aftab @ Vishal* disclosed that he doesn't do any work. He further disclosed that he steals to satisfy his drug addiction. He has gone to jail many times before.

🟡 *PROFILE OF ACCUSED :-*

- *Aftab @ Vishal S/o Salim,* R/o G Block, Pappan Kalan, JJ Colony, Ph-2, Sec-3, Dwarka, Delhi.

He doesn't do any work. He further disclosed that he steals to satisfy his drug addiction.

🟡 *RECOVERY:-*

* 2 Stolen Mobiles.
* 01 Stolen Motorcycle.

🟡 *CASES WORKED OUT:-*

1) e-FIR No. 80034992/25, u/s 303/317(2) BNS, PS Bindapur (phone recovered)
2) e-FIR No. 80032303/25, u/s 303/317(2) BNS, PS Bindapur (phone recovered)
3) MVT e-FIR No.  5542/25, u/s 305/317(2) BNS, PS Bindapur (M/cycle recovered).

Further investigation is in progress.
