🔰 ACCUSED VINOD KUMAR WAS DECLARED PO ON 27-07-2024 IN CASE FIR No.  641/2022, U/S 25/54/59 ARMS ACT, PS BINDAPUR BY MS. DIKSHA SETHI, LD. JMFC-3, SOUTH WEST, DISTRICT DWARKA COURT, DELHI.

🟡 *TASKING & TEAM:-*

As directed by *DCP/Dwarka District,* special drive against Proclaimed Offenders is on, accordingly a dedicated team headed by Inspr. Manish Kumar Yadav, comprising HC Kulwant Singh No. 681/DW, Ct. Jaideep   No. 1935/DW and Ct. Ankur No. 1276/DW of *PO Jail Bail & Proclaimed Offender Cell, Dwarka* was formed in the overall close supervision of ACP Sh. Ram Avatar - ACP/Ops., to ARREST /TRACE Proclaimed Offenders/Active BC/Jail Release.

🟡 *INFORMATION & APPREHENSION:-*

The dedicated team continuously worked on technical and manual information. On 07.06.25, a secret information was received by HC Kulwant that *Vinod Kumar S/o Babulal* was evading trial in a case registered at PS Bindapur and he was declared PO from Dwarka Court in this case.

Further information revealed that he was presently residing near Taar Factory Chowk, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar. Acting on this specific information, team rushed and reached the spot. Based on the secret information, one person was apprehended from Veer Bazar Road, Bindapur, Delhi.

After checking the record, accused *Vinod Kumar S/o Babu Lal,* R/O Taar Factory Chowk, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar Age 38 Yrs was found declared PO on 26.07.2024 *by Ms. Diksha Sethi, Ld. JMFC, South West, District Dwarka Court, Delhi, in Case No. 641/2022, U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, PS Bindapur.*

Subsequently, he was arrested U/s 35.1(D) BNSS.
