    Robbery & Snatching Cases Linked to Accused, Solved Upon Arrest
    Accused Admits to Crime Spree for Quick Financial Gains
      With the arrest of a desperate criminal, Manoj @ Monu (22 years), son of Surender and resident of Ashok Vihar, Delhi, the team of PP Sangam Park, PS Bharat Nagar, North-West District, has successfully solved four cases of robbery, snatching, and motor vehicle theft. Two stolen vehicles have been recovered from his possession. During interrogation, the accused confessed to committing these crimes to make quick money and to satisfy his addiction to drugs and alcohol.

Proactive Policing Leads to Arrest of Notorious Criminal and Recovery of Stolen Vehicles
In a proactive effort to curb crime in the area, a patrolling team from PP Sangam Park, PS Bharat Nagar, North-West District, was deployed on routine duty on 30.05.2025. The team—comprising SI Rupesh (I/C PP Sangam Park), ASI Sunil, and HC Pritam—was patrolling the area when, at around 2:00 PM, they reached the Railway Underpass near Sangam Park, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi.
There, they noticed a suspicious individual sitting at a secluded spot with a Scooty. Upon observing his nervous demeanor, the team signaled him to stop for verification. Instead, the suspect attempted to flee on the Scooty. Acting swiftly, the vigilant team apprehended him after a brief chase. He was identified as Manoj @ Monu (22), son of Surender, resident of Ashok Vihar, Delhi.
Verification of the Scooty revealed it to be stolen in e-FIR No. 12762/25, PS Shalimar Bagh. The accused was promptly arrested. Upon further interrogation, the accused led the team to the recovery of another stolen motorcycle, which was found to be linked to e-FIR No. 5735/25, PS Gulabi Bagh, Delhi.
Manoj @ Monu further confessed to his involvement in two additional cases of robbery and snatching. He is a habitual and active offender, previously involved in three other criminal cases. His motive for committing these crimes was to earn easy money to support his drug and alcohol addiction.
The investigation is being actively pursued to uncover the extent of his criminal activities and ensure recovery of all robbed and snatched articles.

    Criminal Record: Previously involved in 3 criminal cases; identified as a repeat offender
Recovery:-
    One stolen motorcycle.
    One stolen Scooty.

Both vehicles traced to active FIRs from PS Gulabi Bagh and PS Shalimar Bagh respectively.
