⭕ *01 ACTIVE CRIMINAL ARRESTED, WITH RECOVERY OF ILLEGAL PUSH BUTON KNIFE, ALONGWITH 01 STOLEN TWO-WHEELER, BY THE STAFF  OF PS BINDAPUR, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 ACCUSED ANKIT IS *PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 25 CASES OF SNATCHING, ARMS ACT, ETC* .

🟡 *INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -*

The team of *PS Bindapur* is being motivated and sensitized to keep a vigil on the active criminals who have been released from jail recently and are roaming in the area with the intent to commit crime.

A dedicated team of police officials of PS Bindapur, comprising HC Neeraj No.1950/DW, HC Pardeep No. 925/DW, Ct. Mukesh No. 1247/DW, Ct. Narender No. 2099/DW under the supervision of Insp. Darshan Lal  SHO/Bindapur & overall supervision of Ms. Usha - ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals in the area.

Secret informers were also deployed in the area to gather intelligence and information regarding such active criminals.

On 22.06.2025, during area patrolling duty, a person was seen coming on a bike from Bindapur Village towards E-Block, DDA road near Govt. School, Bindapur.

On seeing the police party, he turned his bike and tried to flee. The police staff caught him after a short chase. On searching, an illegal push button knife was recovered from his possession. 
   

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

On sustained interrogation, the accused *Ankit @ Arun S/o Baldev Chand,* R/o Gali No. 58, Mahavir Enclave, Part 3, Delhi, aged 22 years disclosed that he stole a bike from the area of PS Bindapur & upon checking it on *ZIPNET,* it was found stolen in case e-FIR No. 16811/25, PS Bindapur. He used to keep Push Button Knife to instill fear in Public.

🟡 *PROFILE OF ACCUSED :-*

- *Ankit @ Arun S/o Baldev Chand,* R/o Gali No. 58, Mahavir Enclave Part 3, Delhi, aged 22 years.  

He is a habitual criminal of *PS Dabri.* He is previously involved in more than *25 cases of Snatching, Theft and Arms Act.* He takes smack to intoxicate. He used to steal motor cycles to fulfil his needs.

🟡 *RECOVERY:-*

* 01 Illegal Push Button Knife.
* 1 stolen Two Wheeler.

🟡 *CASES WORKED OUT:-*

1. FIR No. 397/25, u/s 25/27 Arms Act, PS Bindapur.
2. e-FIR No. 16811/25, U/s 305 (b) BNS, PS Bindapur.

Further investigation is in progress.
